Dubbco Collabo

The very hip, very funky, Dubbco Collabo is making quite an impact on the music scene in the Upstate of South Carolina. After teaming up for the International Music Festival at the Handlebar earlier this year (and winning) members of Resco, McGuso and R-Dubb decided to make Dubbco Collabo a permanent act.
With Robert "R-DUBB" Whitesides on vocals & trumpet, Phillip “Big Phil” McGuffee on lead guitar and trumpet, Kyle "Kizz" McGuffee on bass, Ben "Pimpin" Carusso, on drums, vocals and keyboards, Nick "Phawnex" Phillips on vocals and harmonica and DJ Cadi Raw on the turn tables you can imagine what a unique sound and style the band has.
A show generally consists of 60% originals and 40% covers. Dubbco covers everything from The Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Spin Doctors and Sublime to Snoop Dogg and Eminem. The encore song is always R-Dubb’s original “Kakalacki” which can also be heard at all Greenville drive baseball games.
Dubbco Collabo is getting booked pretty regularly around the Upstate as their popularity grows.
